Ordering Policy

All first time Vieta orders must be $100 minimum. All orders are worked on a first come first serve basis. If a shipment takes longer than 5 business days, it is because items you have ordered are out of stock and/or there are orders placed ahead of yours. You will not be notified in regards to your order status unless requested. Please review your invoice when you receive shipment. All items that are put on backorder will not be cancelled. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us about any cancelled backorders or any changes made to back orders; otherwise we will ship and charge you for what is on your back order as soon as we receive the items. Vieta will not cover the shipping on backordered items. Shipping charge will be included on your invoice.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless requested by customer. If you require an expedited delivery, please call our office at 323-588-9388 to notify us immediately after placing your order. Please note that all additional charges will be applied to your invoice.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

You have 10 days from the day you receive your invoice to inspect your merchandise and call us within this period to make any claims. All "on sale merchandise" are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. We must be notified before any exchanges or returns. Customers will be charged a 25% or $65 restocking fee, whichever is greater on all returns. Vieta will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for all returns/exchanges. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and refused and sent back at the customer’s expense. RMA number should be written on the outside of the box. Sorry, but we do not issue Call Tags. Vieta will not issue refunds to credit cards. The customer needs to specify whether they would like a replacement or a future store credit towards your next purchase.
